Permitted messaging
Use Chatlunbu for lawful, authorised customer communication. Respect consent, opt-outs, platform permissions, messaging windows, template rules and rate limits. Imported contacts are not automatically eligible for every broadcast.
Prohibited activity
Do not distribute malware, fraudulent offers, unlawful harassment, exploitation, stolen credentials or content that infringes others' rights. Do not scrape or misuse personal information, bypass access controls, evade account restrictions or send spam. Do not upload media that you lack permission to distribute.
Reporting and response
Report abuse or a security concern to support@chatlunbu.com with enough information to investigate, without exposing credentials or private message content unnecessarily. We may restrict offending access or content where appropriate and assess reports in context. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
