Terms and conditions
Service and accounts
These terms govern use of Chatlunbu, operated from Lagos, Nigeria. Contact support@chatlunbu.com. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the business and connected accounts you use. Keep account credentials and recovery codes private. Tell us promptly about suspected misuse. Team access remains subject to the account owner's plan and permissions.
Plans, trials and charges
Features, usage limits, currency, billing period and price are shown before purchase. The Free plan is not a paid trial. Any separate trial or promotional offer must state its duration, included features and conversion terms when offered. Provider usage charges may apply separately where disclosed. A paid plan activates after server-side payment verification. Automatic renewal applies only where explicitly selected and supported at checkout. Future price or feature changes must be communicated before they affect an existing paid commitment, subject to applicable law.
Acceptable use
Use only Pages, contacts, content and credentials you are authorised to use. Do not send unlawful or unsolicited messages, ignore opt-outs, impersonate others, upload malware, infringe intellectual property, evade platform restrictions or attempt unauthorised access. You are responsible for a lawful basis to process your contacts and for required messaging consent. Importing a contact does not override their opt-out or platform messaging eligibility.
Content and connected platforms
You retain rights to your content and grant the permissions reasonably needed to host, process and deliver it for your requested service. Meta and other providers have independent rules, permissions and rate limits. Connected features may change if a provider changes its service. Delivery, read reporting, sending speed and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
Cancellation, restrictions and disputes
You can cancel an enabled automatic renewal from your account. See Refunds and cancellation for billing disputes and refund requests. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, a security risk, non-payment or a legal requirement; where appropriate we will provide notice and a way to contact support. Request account closure and data handling assistance through support.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nigeria is the service's operating jurisdiction; mandatory protections that apply to you in another jurisdiction remain applicable. Raise disputes with support first where practical, without limiting access to a regulator or competent court.
Changes
Updated terms will state their review date. Material changes to an existing agreement require appropriate notice and, where required, consent. Continued access alone is not treated as waiving mandatory legal rights.
